Al is a true professional. Absolutely great in response, service and a very nice guy to boot. Also, both of us are from the great frozen NE so our love of the red Sox and Patriots comes in handy too!
I had called him last week and we set up today, Tuesday, 9/27/2011 as the day to have my Honda Odyssey front windshield replaced. He called this afternoon, came by my work place, replaced the windshield with a better quality one, gave me a great price as well accepted a coupon he had on Angieslist, and badabing, it was all done in 45 minutes or so.

They did a great job. When I called to set up the appointment I had to leave a message and they called me right back. He did a good job and cleaned everything up He didn’t leave any debris behind. I would definitely use them again.

Could not have gone better.  Showed up on time, very professional and courteous.   When I paid I forgot my $10 Angies List coupon.  I called AL, the owner, and explained the situation to him.  He mailed a $10 check to me to compensate me for what was my mistake..  I highly recommend these guys for any glass needs you might have

Al was very polite and happy to give an estimate imediately over phone for replacing my cracked windshield. I told him my insurance deductable was high, so I would need to pay this out of pocket. Gave me a good price with lifetime (as long as I own my vehicle) warranty. Came next day to my location, on time, with phone call first letting me know they were on the way. Did the job quickly and right. I would definately recommend SOS glass to anyone who asks.

I just wanted to write to you to express my thanksfor the incredible job you did on my minivan windshield. I was certain that I would have to replace the entire windshield, and cannot believe that you were able to fix it! It is PERFECT, and you saved me a couple hundred dollars too.
